Consultant - UK: Consultants, Specialist, GP, SAS/LE doctors. 

Consultant - band A: Consultant practicing in a band A country listed here.

Trainees: Specialist trainee, house officer, medical officer, foundation year doctor, PhD student, clinical fellows. To qualify for the trainee rate, you must either provide your NTN (if you’re a UK trainee) or upload a proof that you are a trainee at a recognised educational institution. 

Low-resource country – band B: Anyone practising in a band B country listed here is eligible for the band B low-resource country delegate rate. You are not eligible if you are originally from one of these countries but now practising elsewhere. In this case, you must select the economic country band applicable to where you are currently practicing.

Low-resource country – band C: Anyone practising in a band C country listed here is eligible for the band C low-resource country delegate rate. You are not eligible if you are originally from one of these countries but now practising elsewhere. In this case, you must select the economic country band applicable to where you are currently practicing. 

Medical student: To register as a student, a proof of eligibility (copy of student ID or an official letter from the university confirming that you are a student at the time of registration and for the duration of the congress) is required.

Trainee number

If you are a UK trainee, please enter your National Trainee Number (NTN) below.

Trainee documentation

If you are a trainee from outside of the UK, please upload your trainee proof documentation below. This needs to be proof from a recognised educational institution that you are an active trainee. If you do not have this to hand, you can email a copy to us at worldcongress@rcogevents.com after you've completed your registration.

Medical student documentation

You have selected medical student as your registration category, therefore please upload your proof of full-time enrolment at an accredited university or college (valid student ID or official letter from the university). If you do not have this to hand, you can email a copy to us at worldcongress@rcogevents.com after you've completed your registration.

Visa requirements

Will you require a letter of invitation to support your visa application to enter the UK?

Please note that it is your own responsibility to check any visa requirements for entry into the UK and if required, apply for a visa yourself, in plenty of time. We can only provide a visa letter of invitation once a completed and fully paid registration is received.

All registration fees are subject to UK taxes. If your country of residence is not the UK, you are still required to pay all UK taxes.
